Dr. Smart represents the third generation of his family to live and work in the local area. He earned his bachelor of science from the University of California, Riverside; his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA; and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA. Dr. Smart is board certified in Family Medicine, is the Medical Director of the Sierra San Antonio Urgent Care, and is a Adjunct Professor of Family Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences.
