Our Family Medicine Clinic is on the third floor of the Sierra San Antonio Medical Plaza, Suite 300. Our office is a spacious 4000 square feet, and combines the feeling of a small-town practice with the newest technology, including electronic patient records.

Our physicians are board certified in Family Medicine, and are available to see infant, children, adult, and elderly patients. We provide comprehensive primary care, general and sports physicals, well-child exams, acute and chronic disease management, simple in-office procedures, wellness optimization, and osteopathic manipulative therapy.

CVMG believes in continuity of care, and will remain a part of the health care team in the event of hospitalization. Our hospital is San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, California.

We accept Medicare, most major HMO and PPO insurances, and have payment plans for those without insurance.

Our office staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Our staff can assist you with appointments, specialist referrals, and patient education.
